Introduction and Instructions:

Any case involving custody, visitation, or a modification of custody or visitation in any family law, domestic violence, or parentage proceeding, requires the parents to attend mediation to try to reach an agreement before going in front of a judge. Prior to attending mediation, both parents must complete Mediation Orientation, which is a program that explains the mediation process.

In order to use this program, you must have been issued a case number by the court and enter that information along with your personal information in the fields below. This information is used to verify your completion of the Mediation Orientation program. If you provide an email address, you will receive a copy of your proof of Mediation Orientation completion. If you do not have an email address, leave those fields blank. When you have completed the information, click the “Next” button.
